Lunch with Thanksgiving leftovers

Thanksgiving is over, and we are left with various leftovers. So for lunch today - I mixed the last of the chicken and beef leftovers (sorry we didn't make turkey), added the rice, sweet potatoes and gravy leftovers and served it on toast. It was pretty runny, but delicious! The bread was home made from teaching John-Paul and his friends to bake bread.
