Preheat oven to 350F.
1 box chocolate cake mix plus ingredients on box to make cake.
Mix everything except the water.
Add chocolate chips, candies etc, then spoon onto greased cookie sheet.
You can substitute oil with apple sauce.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
