Far Western Salsa

3 cans (1 lb 12oz) whole tomatoes, broken into smaller pieces
1 can (3 1/2 oz) Ortega whole California chillies, chopped fine
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1 onion (about 2" diameter), chopped fine
1 tsp salt
1 pinch pepper
1 dash Tabasco sauce

Mix well and refrigerate. Serve with tortilla chips.
