Morning Sickness Relief

Here are some ideas for relief of morning sickness. Check with your doctor before you try any of these.
Ginger in any form. If you take a ginger drink, make sure they used real ginger.
Vitamin B-6 10 mg
Eat soda crackers 15 minutes before getting up in the morning
Smell fresh lemons
Avoid an empty stomach - eat smaller meals more often
Acupressure wrist band
